SAFEGUARDING YOU AND YOUR LIFE’S WORK
Jay Greene, Esq., Founding Attorney, Greene Law Firm, P.C.
What we believe
Jay Greene, Esq., is the founding attorney of Greene Law Firm, P.C., an asset protection law firm. He helps professionals, business owners and families protect what they've built and pass it on, with asset protection trusts, estate plans, long-term-care and Medicaid planning, special needs trusts, and help for veterans, executors and trustees.
He trained as an accountant before law school, so he reads a plan for what it lets someone do with money, not only what it says. Protection, long-term care and tax planning are designed together, and we fund what we build, asset by asset.
Clients know what their plan protects, what it doesn't, and what it costs before they sign. Jay reviews every plan the firm prepares and writes the "Trust Essentials" column in the San Francisco Bay Times.

Protection works best before you need it. Planning is designed for future claims, not existing ones.
Straight answers. You'll hear what a plan protects, what it doesn't, and the fee, before you sign.
We fund what we build. A trust only protects what's titled to it.
Reported, not secret. Offshore planning is lawful and reported to the IRS every year.
